We specialize in items made to order.  We believe in making our products for people, using classical recipes and natural ingredients.  

Breads 

All of our breads are naturally leavened and have no additives.  Our flours are sourced locally in Washington State and are selected specifically for the breads they will be used to make.  Our starter has been lovingly tended since the 1800's.

Macarons

Our macarons are small batches made in the French style with only the finest ingredients. We use natural ingredients and real fruit whenever possible in our fillings and mix each batch by hand.

We have a weekly selection of baker’s choice macarons available in six-pack boxes and mixed dozens. Custom flavors are available by special order.
