This is a hearty sourdough long fermented bread.  It is a blend of white wheat, whole wheat, and stone ground rye flours, each from Washington State.  

Ingredients:  Wheat Flour, Water, Salt.  750g 

Allergens: May contain traces of milk, egg, soy, peanuts, sesame seeds and tree nuts.
